Story Wish is an AI-powered platform that generates personalised children's stories based on user inputs including characters, themes, and preferences. Our service includes:
- AI-generated story creation

- Mobile and web access
- Subscription-based premium features
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Payment
Our service offers multiple subscription tiers with different features and usage limits:
- casual: 5 stories per month with 1 free custom character included
- starter: 12 stories per month with 2 free custom characters included
- unlimited: 50 stories per month with 4 free custom characters included , plus priority generation
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Character Creation
Custom character creation is included with paid subscription tiers. Additional characters beyond your tier's included allowance may be purchased for a one-time fee. Character purchases are non-refundable once the character has been created and trained, except in cases of technical failure on our part.
Fair Use Policy
All subscription tiers are subject to fair use policies. While we provide generous story generation limits, we reserve the right to review and limit usage that appears to be abusive, automated, or in violation of these Terms. If you require higher usage limits, please contact us to discuss enterprise options.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to our service, including character descriptions, story prompts, and personal information.
Generated Content: Stories and images generated by our AI service are provided to you for personal use. You may not redistribute, sell, or use generated content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
